ACTIVE STATUS: SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY. Reason: We've received a multitude of evidential reports regarding billing issues, and grotesque ethical misconduct from patients concerning Dr Jose Moguel AKA Juan Jose Chavez Moguel. As a result, we have suspended Dr Jose Moguel's subscription indefinitely, and he is not able to resubmit for approval until all current pending cases are settled.
