We can organize the supplied identity, clinic, professional contact information, public profiles and advertised claims; check for duplicates; and decide which issuing bodies or facility sources may be relevant.
Send us the surgeon and clinic details you have. We will confirm your request, organize the public record, and invite the practice to supply the evidence behind its claims.
Provide as much as you can. Surgeon email and clinic phone are especially useful because they let us reach the correct practice without guessing.
Practices are not asked to purchase praise. They are shown the exact claims that require proof and the sequence used to examine them. Payment funds the investigation and publication work; it never guarantees approval, ranking, or removal of material limitations.
Patients regularly encounter a surgeon before they encounter reliable source records. This route gives that uncertainty a controlled process. It tells our research team which person and facility to identify, and it gives the practice one clear opportunity to understand the evidence required for verification.
We can organize the supplied identity, clinic, professional contact information, public profiles and advertised claims; check for duplicates; and decide which issuing bodies or facility sources may be relevant.
After the patient confirms their email, the identified practice may receive one neutral invitation describing our standards. The surgeon can apply, decline future invitations, correct contact information or review the public method without enrolling.
A request does not verify, accuse, rank, suspend, recommend or condemn a surgeon. It does not become a complaint and is not counted as evidence of misconduct. Published findings require their own attributable evidence and editorial review.
Names can be shared by multiple professionals, clinics can trade under more than one brand, and advertisements may be operated by brokers. A current clinic email, phone number, physical address and source URL help us avoid contacting the wrong person. We still review those details before the surgeon invitation is released.
The email link must be used within 48 hours. Unconfirmed submissions do not advance to the surgeon-contact stage.
The invitation does not include the patient's name, email, medical information or free-text reason. Those details remain in the private review file unless the patient later provides separate authorization or disclosure is legally required.
Repeated requests for the same professional address are consolidated. Suppressed addresses do not receive future patient-requested invitations, although public records and legally required communications remain unaffected.
Participation and payment do not guarantee verified status. A public profile must identify the sources checked, evidence dates, unresolved gaps, publication limits and correction route.
Process record: published by the Verified Surgeons editorial team and reviewed 8 August 2026. This page explains the public intake route and the safeguards surrounding it. The request workflow, confidentiality boundary, confirmation gate, contact suppression, publication limits and correction routes are reviewed when the process changes. Questions about a submitted reference may be sent through the contact route published in the Privacy Policy.
